Shaun, you didn't stand a chance.  Having any association at all with a company that did not pay an abstractor - will put you on the gallows. (Happy Hallowen).

I also absolutly love this site and appreciate many of the abstractors points of view.  However, having been shot at once in here - and reading almost all of the threads on a daily basis, I've found it's not very open to anything a Title company has to say. 

Even Ms. Cipa, one of the best in the industry has to bob and weave on occasion.
