They have been very good about paying "on-time" since the new company has been in place, my recent inquiry was the result of my impatience, as it turned out. I have stated that in that thread and am happy with all they have done and are presently doing.
Ken's reply to you was accurate also- they pay with in that time frame and are good at communications also.
They have been one of,  if not my best, customer of late.They  would become one of yours too, if you loosened up your payment restriction.
They have made 3 of the 4 payments, all on time as they originally proposed and we have only one left, in May of this year-Ken is a very easy and cordial person to deal with, as you would undoubtedly find out also.
I do not hold you responsible for any of the monies that may be due to me or owed by me either- so there is no reason to be sorry!!! I have other clients, lawyers/firms, that are on my "do not pay" list at this time- they seem to be the biggest problem at this time- all stealing our money.I will have to take these up with the collection agencies, state insurance boards, title insurance companies they represent and the state bar associations, maybe that will light a fire under their respective check books!!
