I have to disagree with you this one. I think that B.J. Ostergren has done a great service to the people who have been oblivious to the fact the our county officials have been posting their personal information on the Internet. She should be commended for her diligent efforts. While her work may have made things a bit more inconvenient for some people, it has greatly reduced the exposure many citizens have had to identity theft. Let's not forget that the first county to publish this information on the Internet has had the highest incidents of identity theft - Mericopa County, AZ. There is definitely a correlation.
