I was told that some accounts were frozen when they filed bankruptcy, but some of the offices have opened new accounts to continue operating under Fidelity, I assume. Your client should be able to tell you whether the account that your check was drawn on was frozen and if they have a new account to issue new checks.
I also have one check that I haven't deposited yet. I was told that it "should be" good. We will see.
