You should probably still contact the branch you are accustomed to dealing with, or even better the accounts payable department that normally issues your check. The one I deal with is in Richmond and their phone # is always on the check stub. They have been pretty helpful.

The accounts had all been frozen but are supposedly now unfrozen and they are resuming sending checks.
