You should call and talk to your LandAmerica office.  There are several LandAmerica offices and I believe that many were not included in the bankruptcy.  I think Fidelity is buying some of them and I was told by the Twinsburg, Ohio office that they are already operating under Fidelity and it is business as usual.  I was told that there would be no problem with the payment of our invoices.

They are a little bit behind, but that could be because of all of the confusion and the bankruptcy filing.  It might take a little time to sort everything out.  I am not counting them out yet.
