Still tough in Florida, but it's picked up in the past couple of weeks.  Sadly enough, most of the work I get now is foreclosures - it's sometimes disheartening to see so many people going down the financial tubes here.  I've been in the business for 14 years and the past year and a half has definitely been tough.  I think I'm one of the few small independents left in Florida - anybody else out there?
