I decided that it was not worth the rise in my blood pressure to go after $40.00, and go through all the hassel of reporting this S.O.B.  And if I do report an attorney, I report him to the Commission on Lawyer Conduct in Columbia, SC.  Any report goes immediately to the S.C. Supreme Court.  It does no good to report an attorney to the Better Business Bureau or to the S.C. Bar Assocation.  Nothing will get done there.  But, hey, these attorneys get their license to practice from the Supreme Court.
