We have not received a 1099 or any MEMO from Don Strickland. We have sued them for numerous unpaid invoices but have not got our judgment or court date yet. If we don't get a 1099 by the deadline we will notify the IRS. We had to serve them through the Sec. of State. In your post you said "previously" in North Carolina. Are they operating somewhere else now? Sure would like to know that.
