McAlpine will be tasked with spearheading the brand’s market positioning and accelerating growth. She brings over 13 years of marketing and development experience to the role, having most recently served as Director Marketing Technology with MyHome, a Williston Financial Group Company. Before that, McAlpine was Head of Marketing for real estate powerhouse Compass, where she led the firm’s efforts in the brokerage’s largest region, California, and managed a portfolio of over 3,000 agents across over 60 offices.
