Well... LandAmerican hasn't exactly regrouped.  They filed bankruptcy and sold off their title divisions.  LandAmerica was the result of a merger between Lawyers Title and Commonwealth Title (sometime around 1998?).  After the bankruptcy filing, LandAmerica sold Lawyers and Commonwealth to Fidelity. 

So... not all of what used to be LandAmerica is Lawyers.
