You must not have to advance funds for lien letters and your cost of abstracting must be pretty darn low combined with perhaps charging alot more than we do here in PA.
In the City of Pittsburgh we can go out of pocket, not counting our overhead and staff, close to $400 to process a title. If it's a small deal, the big cashola premium is $420 if we can charge basic.
