Dan,  The Reliance Information Source that I am familiar with is basically a Criminal Backround check, Civil Records check and Court Document Retrieval service.  If they are into Real Estate info now that would be different.  Can't give a yea or nay about them but hope this helps.  A heads up on fees for these services....they can be really low end so ask them up front.  Need more on that side of the coin let me know.
