I quite agree, Kevin. I would never work without E&O insurance. Anyone can make a mistake and the potential liability would keep me up at night if I didn't know that I had some protection. It is expensive and we have never had a claim (knock on wood), but I consider it to be a necessary business expense. Even if my clients didn't require it (and most do) I would still have it.
