I undestand your point. There was no expected delay as we did not switch our phone numbers. However, the switch did not go as smooth as expected and it was down for a few hours. Nothing significant to cause concerns or for a need for alert. It was just bad timing I think for Thurber & Associates and I felt they were quick to jump to conclusions, thats all. I do understand though, I have also been burned by many clients during these rough times.
