ValueNet is real.  They charge around $3/order.  We were with a company that was locked into a contract with them and agreed to do it for a while.  Unfortunately (and I'm not naming names YET), they missed an entire cycle of payments for end of December through February.  We recently stopped doing work for the company we were getting orders with through them and no one seems to want to address the missed payments.  Like I said, not naming names YET, but if I can't get a resonable response from someone this week, I'll let you all know.  I don't know if the missed payments are the fault of our former client, or ValueNet, so let me research a bit.
