Yep... that would make it much harder to collect on the judgment. From the facts, I think we have to assume that cyclist was never served notice of the foreclosure, therefore, he would not have known to try to attach the proceeds from the closing at that time. If he had known of the foreclosure, I would think he would have intervened in the suit and claimed his first and best lien position.
