Agreed, that would meaning pulling all deeds, C,C&R, easements, agreements and potentially other documents. It’s not an Owner and Encumbrance report at that point. It’s a full search. More time consuming and costly for the abstractor. Clearly the requester has no idea the work being asked for. Good luck. Let us know how it works out.
