We have (and still work for) this part of LandAmerica both before, during and after the bankruptcy and consumption of them by Fidelity.  We have never had a problem collecting.  Our orders dropped off by 90% after Fidelity took over, but we still get orders from them every couple of days.  Never a problem with payment.  Easy to get a hold of when you need to.  No issues with what we charge (and we charge different rates for different counties). -- Alix
