It is an interesting probate matter that one of the wealthiest performers (at one time), has such a simple and rather poorly thought-out estate plan.  Why not better trust structures, better contracts and s-corps to hold assets, better off-shoring, more life insurance, better commodities, etc...?  From what I've seen passing through the news stations, his Will is poorly written too.  It's kinda interesting in that sense.
