Our office has been paperless for several years now.  We provided the staff with dual monitors to decrease the amount of paper being printed as well as increase efficiency.  We also started providing a CD at closing rather than printed copies.  This has been a great hit and has been a great savings as well.  Additionally, over a year ago we started the project of pulling files from our storage facility, scanning the file, and saving in our closing software.  Eventually our need for offsite storage will be obsolete.  All this technology, savings for the company, and helped us "go green" to boot!
