Judy: What have you been sending ? Hand written docs? Just use Adobe Acrobat PDF- having or using digital documents really doesn't do much for you or your clients- they all have to format them to be "viewable" on their particular computers- I have not sent or printed 'Paper" doc for years- what good does it do- your clients can print them out and they will usually need more than one copy anyway- save your self the extra expense and supplies, mailing costs, etc- they have these costs figured into their pricing- we don't!!!
Or buy Paperport and you will address many of your concerns all in one program- the new version "PP12" has just now been released- so you can probably get PP11 pretty cheap somewhere- best of luck- and save yourself the hard earned dollars by going "paperless".
