Sorry Robert I should have posted that to begin with...my company name is Beaver County Abstract & Notary Services. 

The NY company has it listed as Beaver County Abstract.  The abstractor I spoke with said that by phone they said that the reason they had NY numbers and address was because they were in the process of "moving".

 Here is the info I have:
