Thank you, Scott.  I am glad you have found the information here on Source of Title to be helpful.  E&O insurance is different from most forms of insurance that we are used to.  For anyone who may have missed it, I wrote a blog on E&O inusrance in January of 2007 (see Understanding E&O Insurance).  I've learned a few lessons the hard way and I hope that I can help others avoid the same mistakes I have made.
