are they still active? registered with state yet ? Do you know of any of the
banks they used when they did pay you? If so, a judgment may be collectable.
One trick I learned years ago, both from companys and tenants in my rentals,
I make a copy of any check they pay with for my records, (not each time, but
only when they give me a new check on a different account). That way I
have the bank's address, routing #, account #, etc... One never knows when
such info may come in handy in later days, in case the relationship goes
South (without paying of course).
