It is my belief the PJR represents a record title guaranty to the perspective purchaser out of the foreclusure procedure, therefore an exam in compliance with Ohio's Marketable Title Act, would be warranted. I grant you most do not comply with that standard, but it may be the least expected by a court of law should a difinition of the standard of title search required was to be litigated. I may have opened a can of worms, JMO
