Not really any standard for them here in Ohio. The law requires most foreclosures to include a preliminary judicial policy, now. But, it seems to allow such a policy to be issued on a short search. In practice, some attorneys asked for full searches with complete copies... others do a 2-owner search... and, some just update from the banks' lenders policy.
