No...I don't think that is what I said. If you read my earlier posts I indicated that the Constitution is the social contract by which we agree to be governed by the various branches of government subject to certain terms and conditions. I further indicated that our constitutional rights and liberties are what the PEOPLE define them to be.
We have agreed to allow the evolution of those rights through amendment of the text and through interpretation by the Court. Today's good sense may become tomorrow's error ... society evolves , and that is the system to which the PEOPLE have agreed in the social contract.
