How to collect on deadbeat clients. Would especially like the name of a lawyer (not just a collection agency) who specializes in our business. I am currently in the midst of another huge battle with two lawyers who own the company that owes me $14,000 and the idiot was stupid enough to tell me in an e-mail "...I do not own nor have I ever owned" said deadbeat company, but in his WEBSITE says "He is also President and CEO of [deadbeat client]". (And no, I cannot post here YET because I have received threats regarding slander. Being an ex legal-secretary, I know my best bet is to just keep gathering information, file a lawsuit, and have my LAWYER help me post!)
Anything you can do to help us, Robert, is appreciated. I'M ALL FOR CLASS ACTION SUITS. Would love for you to post something about that, too.
