Isn't hunger a great motivator?
For me, the residential work got so slow that I started to pursue other avenues. For about the first half of last year, I took on a short-term position as a consultant in the legal department at Westinghouse Electric. It kept the lights on and I got to do some honest-to-goodness paralegal work for a while.
These days, I try to keep busy by hiring out to oil and gas operators around these parts. I've worked a couple of projects and it's been an educational experience thus far. Glad to hear you're doing OK, Jess, always enjoy your posts.
Regards,
Scott Perry
