Agreed Patrick, let's leave that topic for another time.  But we've joked with our clients at times that the search may take 2-3 days in some counties because the sheriff/undertaker/county collector/only abstractor has his priorities.

Regardless of your type of business, when you quote fees then add another 50%+, it's shady. 

I don't know if the cell commercial with Shaq's Got Your Back! shows where all of you are but that's all I could think of after that.  Surprise fees after you're given the quote.
