Ah... more computer "glitches."  Franklin County (OH) Clerk of Courts used to have that problem with electronic filings from the State.  I think they have finally resolved the issue there.... hopefully, your probate court will get things fixed, too.  It makes it pretty hard to do a search when they screw up the index like that!

Just one more reason that I prefer the old book indexing systems.  The clerks at least knew how to use the books - too many of them are not computer literate enough to be keeping such important records on computer.
