Thanks Nils, I did that and there aren't any recent posts. They have been great for 7-8 years that we've done their work.  Always paid twice a month, all of a sudden checks stopped almost 2 months now. Excuse I was given doesn't sound plausible. Trying to find out if others are having recent problems too.
