I wish "those people" you speak of could convince those off-shore to

charge a reasonable fee for their search product, thus helping our fees

to appear to be a fair value to companies over here.  We will all have a

long row to hoe as long as someone else is willing to produce a "cheap"

product that American companies are willing to buy.
