Title Resources Group (TRG), one of the nation's leading title insurance underwriters, is pleased to welcome Laura Kribs as regional underwriting counsel for Texas and Oklahoma. In this role, Kribs will provide underwriting support and guidance to TRG’s title agents throughout the Southwest.

Kribs brings more than 20 years of experience as a real estate and title insurance attorney, with a well-established track record advising on complex residential and commercial transactions. Most recently, she served as regional underwriting counsel for a national title insurance underwriter, where she provided guidance on high-risk title matters, curative strategies and policy issuance. She previously held roles as underwriting counsel for an underwriter’s Oklahoma direct operations and as title production manager for Title365.
Earlier in her career, Kribs operated her own law practice for a decade, focusing on real property, and oil and gas title analysis across Oklahoma, Texas and Ohio. Her extensive background includes title risk analysis, coverage determinations, defect resolution and regulatory compliance.

Kribs holds a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section, is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and is active in several national and state land title associations.
