I agree. I was just really frustrated by this particular situation because the Fannie Mae "Preferred Provider" gave this poor buyer some really bad and absolutely wrong information which prompted her to call me for clarification.

I do get referrals and new business based on the fact that I am willing to share my information when I can,  and I honestly do like to help people when I can. Sometimes though it seems that people are just so inconsiderate of your time and expertise.
