He didn't "find" anything... "he borrowed it from you, your kids, and your grandkids" (a phrase Republicans love to throw around now).  The national debt grew by $4.9 TRILLION under Bush; it nearly DOUBLED in size.

I think the Obama administration's biggest problem is over spending.  They are continuing the same "keep borrowing" mentality.  But to be fair... it is not unique to Democrats.  Deficit spending is probably the only, truly bi-partisan thing in Washington.
