[-] FOLLOW UP TO NEW FANNIE MAE ADDENDUM - CHARLENE  PERRY/MD (1 reply)
3/2/2010 3:23:20 PM (5367 views)

It has been my pleasure to talk to so many people from around the nation relative to the new Fannie Mae Purchase Addendum.  I have had learned from many folks that the frustration felt here in Maryland relating to REO title work is felt by all of us who are knee deep in the REO world.

In every single conversation I have had over the last week or so I have been asked to provide a copy of the new addendum. While I am always happy to share, I am unable to provide this copy of the addendum. The copy that I have is somewhat grainy and does not scan very clearly. Additionally, while I believe that it is being used nationwide,  I am not sure whether or not other juridsictions  have additional provisions that do no appear in my copy.  The copies that I am referring to are in direct relationship to transactions that I am conducting here in Maryland.   In almost all calls that I have taken I have been advised by the caller that they are able to access eFannie Mae.  I think if you go to eFannieMae you may be able to get a copy of the exact addendum you need.  Alternatively, any FNMA listing agent can provide you a copy.

I have done a limited search on line and have been unsuccessful in obtaining a copy of the new addendum from any other site that I have accessed.  I will continue to search on line and will advise when I have found a good web-site that has a good clean copy.

Thank you all for your continued interest in my rants and raves.

Sincerely

Charlene
