To begin with...truthful statements are not defamatory (Slanderous or libelous). Furthermore, in most states the contents of court pleadings and testimony of witnesses is protected by a qualified priviledge. Just do not publisiize the content of the court pleadings or testimony. Otherwize you may sacrifice the prividege. If others wish to avail themselves of the court pleadings...no problem...the pleadings are a matter of public record protected by the qualified privilege
