Yes we have. She said their online payment system had trouble processing payments from several months ago now. I am pretty upset about this. We thought payments were being processed each month and now we get an email saying we owe hundreds of dollars now all at once. I sent them two checks, one for each of 2 months (though they show us owing 5 months). I wanted to see what happened before I wrote one big check because I was not even sure this was legit.
When I had a question about the billing I was directed to the contact info on the website. So that is also where I sent the checks.
Amanda contacted me asking where my payment was, as it had been 6 weeks since I sent those 2 checks. I sent them to the address on the website, obviously. Well that apparently was the wrong address? And that's not the address of their bank?
I don't know what to think about all this. The checks have now cleared and I am not sure how we will proceed.
