You are proposing a database for searchers and abstracted documents or did I miss something.

The whole "streamlining" thing is really very 1990's.  I think most everyone has had electronic, searchable files for at least the last 20 years.  Say Windows 95 ish?

I'm a computer geek - so, I don't think this is a sliced white bread ephiphany.  Not being rude, but all my clients have been doing this for years.

My husband used to abstract in NJ in the 1990s and I put all our files into an electronic, searchable database back then.

I'm not trying to be rude.  Just telling you how it is and was for a lot of us.  Computers are our friends.
