Robert,   Why do you expect to "charge an extra $25"?   Shouldn't that be a part of

filing the document?  Seems like that was the responses to me on my earlier post

in regards to charging a VMC just $ 10 for the effort required to send back their piece of

*hit mtg..  From that response in those posts, I don't think your charge is any different, and

you should not make a charge.  (My tongue is really in the cheek).
