Ed,  Trouble is, as with most dealings, you can set the fees, etc., but getting the

dirty birds to pay what you say they owe is another story.  Sometimes only answer

is to tell them to "flake off" or something like that.

If enough people get burned, then they may have trouble getting their work completed.

I don't see how a company that wants to "nickel and dime" the abstractor over the

small items, expects us to "bust our *ss for them on a RUSH order that they always

seem to come up with.
