I only asked based what my perception of the website the article was found on, and due to the increasing number of documents being filed in our recording office with the intent by the filer to “cancel” their mortgage loan based on perceived fraud by the mortgage companies and violations of disclosure under TILA.
Several of these instances are starting to appear in the courts. I am curious to see if they play out the same as the referenced article.
