Joseph, I think you might be right that they are about to implode.  I have left messages with three different people and sent emails, and not getting any return phone calls.

I will be the first to admit, I know ZERO about the law, so this question may be dumb, but does anybody know, can we who have not been paid join in for a class action lawsuit?   Didnt someone mention in a discussion once to call a non-payers insurance provider and let them know their agent is not paying the vendors (or something like that)?
