Scott, well put!  Interesting insight as to the fine line but probably the way it is going to go, not only on this info but in other areas.  It's always interesting to see the look on a taxpayer/property owners face in the registry when they are told it is $1.50 per page for a copy of their own deed. Yep going thru life as a third party is interesting.
