I spoke to Laurie (my vendor manager at NRE) yesterday. She saw my post and was disappointed that I posted without calling her first. Thing is, she's right. I should have. Today she tells me that a check for all outstanding work up to the current billing period will be sent out by Monday. That's 4 months worth of work.
I'll post when I get the checks, but if my past experience over 7 years working with Laurie is any indication, I'm sure I'll receive them. I should have pushed the buttons on my phone before the keys on my keyboard. My apologies.
If you're having trouble getting paid, contact your vendor manager. I know that they were in some serious straits a few months ago, but apparently they have gotten it mostly straightened out and are able to get caught up with folks.
