No not really.  I didn't read your post because you lost me with the "mental masturbation" nonsense.  It's a deliberate insult borne out of I don't know what & actually, I find it very difficult to continue reading anything after those sorts of insults to my intelligence.    And as for your most current post about firefighters, liberals poking holes in the messenger & so on, it's just more of the same.  I read the Boston Globe & check out the comments section (to my sorrow) just about every day.  Most, if not all of the conservative posts involve making demeaning comments about what they presume liberals are & what they think liberals believe.  That sort of schoolyard snark is useless in a rational debate.  Later on today I promise I will read the entire post and possibly respond.
