Justice Title is setting themselves up for a complaint to the Bar Association.  Attorneys are expected to pay for services rendered.  If their modus operandi is not to pay for searches on property for which the loan or transaction did not close, they are in deep, deep trouble.  I had this happen with a company in MA.  I proceeded to report them to the MA Bar.  Need I tell you how fast I was paid?
