That is an excellent article and it really points out some of the fishy tactics of the foreclosure mills. This problem is certainly quite bad in Florida, but it is certainly not limited to that state. I have seen some pretty questionable behavior here in Ohio, too.
It is unfortunate that this is happening with foreclosures. Most people in foreclosure cannot afford to hire an attorney and they really get railroaded by these big foreclosure firms. Even when an attorney gets involved, they try to ram the foreclosures through. With the number of foreclosures clogging dockets, judges really don't have the time to devote to holding these firms accountable.
Hopefully, the tide will turn.
